Cambridge in Pictures | LibroLiv

The following pictures are from a trip I took to Cambridge earlier this year. (27th June 2016) This was my second time visiting the city, and I can only say that my heart grew even fonder. Cambridge is definitely my favourite city in the UK.

What do you think?

I think what really draws me to Cambridge is the sheer beauty of the buildings, and the history they offer – every building in Cambridge has a story. Not only that, but you’re constantly surrounded by an eclectic mix of people, people who have come from all over the world to be at the world-renowned university.

I’d say my favourite picture would be the final one, the one with the bikes. Rather than having the toxic cars filling the streets with their fumes and rumbling din, Cambridge has a large amount of bikes on the roads, and I love this, because not only does it aid the planet, but it adds to the ambience of such a place. Also, I love all of the posters tied to the fence behind the bikes – there is just so much going on in Cambridge!

Thank you for reading!

This is a scheduled post, as I am currently on holiday! Thus, I won’t be replying to comments immediately, but I will eventually!

Until next time, and to keep up with my reading as it happens, find me on Goodreads, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr.
