November Song Recommendations

Here are the songs I am playing over and over as of recent days, and highly recommend you give a listen.

She Way Out by The 1975

Following the release of their newest track “Love Me”, I went ahead and listened to some of The 1975’s older music, and became suddenly hooked on this song in particular. This song was never my favourite off the self-titled début album, but I’m definitely playing it a lot more now! You can listen below.

Portugal by Walk The Moon

I’ve loved this song ever since I first heard it. I don’t know why, but I didn’t listen to it for a while. However, I’m hooked once again and loving every second of it! Listen below!

Colors by Halsey

This song is all over my Tumblr dashboard, yet I naively thought I would never fall into its trap. I was wrong. This song is beautiful, brilliant, catchy, and one of my favourite songs of this moment.

Carter and Cash by Tor Miller

A new release! As soon as I was notified by Spotify that this song was available to listen to, I did so, and I haven’t stopped doing so since. Yes, I’m exaggerating, but yes, this song is amazing, and really soulful, a style I’m starting to love at the moment.

Holiday From Real by Jack’s Mannequin

I remember first hearing about Jack’s Mannequin over at Natalie’s Lovely Blog (envious of everything about her!), but I can’t quite remember what brought me back around to Jack’s Mannequin recently. I did, however, listen to this song for the first time, and I loved it! You can listen too by clicking below!

Waste The Night by 5 Seconds of Summer

The latter half of September brought the release of 5 Seconds of Summer’s second studio album, and I love it! It was difficult to just pick one song to mention, but there is a special place in my heart for Waste the Night. It’s so catchy, and reminds me of so many happy memories! It also, for some unknown reason, reminds me of November, so I guess it’s perfect for this post!

Daddy Issues by The Neighbourhood

The very end of September (30th) also brought the release of The Neighbourhood’s new album. This album is so good, and I’m in love with every song and thei sound as a whole. This song, though, is probably my favourite. It’s a refreshing look at a rather taboo subject, but the beat is really catchy, and the lyrics are great to sing along to. Listen below!

Cherry Wine by Hozier

And finally, as usual, here is my Hozier pick of the month! This song is so relaxing and beautifully written that it just makes me feel so content. I don’t have much more to say, so I’ll let the song do the talking…

And that’s everything! Thank you very much for reading, I really hope you enjoyed, and find some new music through yours truly.

Comment down below what your favourite song is right now, and I’ll give it a listen!

Until next time, find me on Goodreads, Twitter, and Tumblr.
